May I print out the 2019 application and mail in with payment?

No. Applications will only be accepted through the online application process. It will be live on Monday, February 25, 2019 at noon CST. 

What is the cost of an Arts & Crafts booth?

The cost is $150 per booth - power is not available on the east end of the Avenue where the Arts & Crafts area is located. If electricity is needed, there is an additional fee of $10.Generators are NOT allowed without prior approval.  Please call the office to discuss at (920) 954-9112.

What are the hours for the Arts & Crafts?

The Arts & Craft show runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

Does the Arts & Crafts show run both days?

No. Only on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

Is there a place to park so I can easily get to the Arts & Crafts area?

There is no reserved parking for any vendor. Retail parking areas are considered private property and vehicles may be ticketed and towed.

Is there any handicapped parking by the Arts & Crafts area?

How do I obtain a WI Seller's permit.

There is an on-line application available through the state for a permit through which you would get a number. For Octoberfest purposes, you only need indicate that they are applying for it in order to submit the vendor application. Please go to:

What saleable products qualify me as a vendor at the Octoberfest Arts and Crafts?

Only handcrafted or homemade products are allowed.

Can I bring my pet?

No, Per City ordinance animals other than "service animals" are not allowed at City of Appleton Special Events.
